Kimberly DeWitt Mowbray
Kimberly Mowbray, a senior litigation attorney with The Fry Law Firm, began her legal career representing indigent clients, including survivors of domestic violence, in a variety of civil matters. She then served in the role of Special Assistant Attorney General, where she was responsible for prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases. Over the next 15 years, she honed her trial and negotiation skills defending various individual and corporate clients throughout the state and federal courts of Georgia in personal injury, construction defect, and insurance coverage litigation.
Ms. Mowbray now uses her vast experience, insight, and relationships gained as an insurance defense litigator to help injured victims of negligence recover the compensation they deserve. Her defense experience commands respect from her opposition and augments her substantial skills as a plaintiffs’ litigator.
In addition to her civil trial work, Ms. Mowbray is also a seasoned appellate attorney. Having drafted numerous appellate briefs, she has also successfully conducted oral arguments before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Ms. Mowbray is very involved in her son’s school and activities, works with various volunteer organizations, and has a rescue German Shepherd. As a former college athlete, she maintains a personal commitment to health and fitness, and enjoys rowing, weightlifting, and practicing yoga.
