“Randy, What Is A Trial Attorney and Why Should I Choose A Trial Attorney?
As a personal injury trial attorney, we actually go the distance for you….we go through litigation and go to trial when necessary….we don’t push for quick settlements when not in the best interest of our clients.
Why is that important?
The insurance companies literally know which attorneys will go to trial and which ones won’t. So, when it comes time to make offers on cases where victims have been hurt by the negligence of others, there is often times a very big difference between the offers extended to the volume case attorneys versus trial attorneys such as myself and our firm.
Once my team begins working on a case, we immediately send letters to the insurance companies letting them know that I am now the attorney on the case. We many times have significant offers presented to us soon after we begin representation because the insurance companies know that if needed we will go to trial, without hesitation, on behalf of our clients. Thus, there is a big difference between “personal injury attorneys” and “personal injury trial attorneys” such as myself.
Sometimes insurance companies will make fair offers early on in the process. When that’s the case, and if based on my experience of trying many cases that a fair offer has been presented, I will recommend that my client consider settling for such an offer. Other times, however, the insurance companies don’t make fair settlement offers early on in the process. When that is the case, I always recommend to my clients that we aggressively push forward with litigation and do what’s necessary to ensure that justice is received, even when requiring the case to be tried in a court of law. We will always strive to obtain the best possible settlement or verdict for you, and will do our utmost to make sure that you are treated with dignity and respect.
