Seven years ago I made a very big decision. After working for three extremely successful law firms in Atlanta, and learning how to litigate and conduct Personal Injury jury trials as lead counsel by some of the finest trial attorneys in the State, I decided it was time to take a big leap and open my own Law Firm. Armed with the best business advice from my life and business mentor, and best friend, my Dad, along with a lot of faith, some luck, some sleepless nights, and doing the Tony Robbins Firewalk (true story, I have foot burns to prove it)! I knew it was time.

While at a Tony Robbins 4 day conference, with a good friend challenging me on my every excuse as to why I should not open my own Firm, I decided on May 21, 2011 to not only open my Firm, but to have The Fry Law Firm up and running by October 7, 2011. Then I set out and moved confidently in the direction to fulfill my dream. I often thought of my Dad’s advice to decide what you want and be crystal clear on your goal, then “act like a bull in a china shop and don’t stop until you get what you want!”

The Fry Law Firm was opened in October 2011 with me sitting in a rented 250 square foot office. I had a small rented desk, an old chair, and a phone that I picked up often just to make sure it was working (another true story). Two weeks later, a beautiful bilingual lady with many years’ experience as a Paralegal named Gulliana Goehring was looking for a change in jobs. I could tell she was no doubt a true “Eagle”, with amazing intelligence, immense motivation, compassion, and tough as nails when needed. All that to say, I offered Gulliana two days a week, and within one month I was able to bring Gulliana on full-time. The rest is history.
We built The Fry Law Firm together one relationship at a time with clients, other attorneys, folks in our community, etc., while closely following a business plan developed with the help of my Dad. We found ourselves achieving beyond what we could have ever imagined. As a result, we recently moved from our 1,800 square foot mixture of spread out offices shared with other companies, to our new 5,000 square foot office in the Midtown/Buckhead area of Atlanta. We also recently added the 18th Team Member to our Firm. We are fortunate to have one of the larger Personal Injury law firms in Atlanta that do no TV, radio, or billboard advertising. Most of our referrals come from past clients and other attorneys.

The reason for this long-winded post? None of this would be possible without you, our families, friends, doctors, other attorneys and our thousands of clients that choose us to help them navigate through difficult times with the goal of obtaining justice. Also, just as important for our success has been our employees, that we call our “Eagles”. One Eagle has commuted from Johns Creek to our offices in midtown Atlanta for 7 years, another for 6 years from Gainesville via bus and train, another from Cumming, and the list goes on, etc. As Richard Branson, President of Virgin Airlines says “take good care of your employees-as a result you’ll have happy customers and a thriving business!”
We at The Fry Law Firm thank each of you for your support, and thank-you Georgia for your confidence in us.
Now we are excited and looking forward to what the next seven years has in store for us!
With warm regards, and a lot of gratitude,
Randy-(and The Fry Law Firm)
